We got home Friday night to rain...and we'd had more than enough in China. And it rained and rained. So, yesterday we finally had a very pretty day. We tried going to the park but it was too crowded, so our church has a wonderful playground and we just went there. I put Hattie down in the sand and she just stood there and wouldn't move. Holding her arms up and voicing for me to come get her....but she warmed up to it and she and Amelia built a sandcastle. It was a great day.
Hattie's sleeping has been an issue. Harris & I had put her on a bed in our room. She cried/screamed every time we put her down--- one of us would sit by the bed until she fell asleep. But, nothing was really working. Well, yesterday morning she had been so tired that she slept until 9:15. So, I didn't give her a nap yesterday and she slept in her big bed in the room w/Amelia!!! Yeah!! They were up at 7:30 but I'm not sure big sister didn't wake her up! So that may be the answer--- no nap and going to bed on time with Mac & Amelia. Let's see what tonight brings!
