4 weeks ago I had a bike "wreck" while exercising. I fell off my bike onto my left knee and still have a pretty good knot there. (I'm going to the Dr. Monday) I have had some trouble with it, it still hurts to put any weight on it if I have to kneel down. Which I do a lot from bathing kids to just about any thing else.
Well, Monday I went over to Leslie's to exercise, and as I stepped down into the room where we exercise I stepped on a weight in the floor, rolled my ankle and landed on my right knee and now it's swollen and I have a terrible carpet burn.
So the conclusion I have reached is, exercising is bad for my health! Any one got a Krispy Kream??? Kidding y'all....well sort of.
