If all goes well, we'll leave in 23 days!!!! How great is that???
I went to the Dr. today about my knee. There are no fractures. He said I am fine, the bursa (???) on top of that knee cap got inflamed. But the good part is that it healed itself. I didn't need an antibiotic. So all is well here.
Harris goes back to the Dr. today for a 2 week check after his hernia surgery. He's still very swollen and has a good bit of pain. But it's better.
Dana & Mandy, when you read this I want you to hound your Dad until he goes to the Dr. and gets his fixed!!! I mean it. He needs to get this done.

Not gonna happen! I've been on him for 2 years and thought I had convinced him the last time he was in a lot of pain, but then he didn't go. Don't know what it will take! Did they inject your knee? Even if it's "healed," if it's still hurting, an injection could give you a good bit of relief. On a happier note, 23 DAYS! I can't wait! I'll be counting down with you!
He has promised Harris that he will do it...maybe Harris needs to be the one bugging him!!! We'll keep after him 'til he does it.
I know I can't wait....I hope they have let her hair grow some. In her most recent pics she looks like they shaved her head!
Why would they shave her head? Make sure she doesn't have ringworm or anything like that when she comes home! That would be the only reason I could think to shave a little girl's head--unless they just don't won't to fix hair! :)
